My friend, who works in a call center told me this incident of a dumb customer. The customer asked my friend what hours are the call center is open, the call center is actually the technical support center for the biggest computer makers of the world which is open 24/7 hours. So, when the individual asked him at what hours the call center is open, my friend told him the center is open 24 hours a day,7 days a week."
The individual then asked "Is that Eastern or Pacific time?"
Wanting to end the call quickly, my friend said, "Uh, Pacific."
