
Wipro is gung ho about Infocrossing. In what as termed as the biggest overseas acquisition by one domestic Indian IT company, Wipro is offering $18.70 per share in all cash deal. And why not? Wipro President Suresh Vaswani (global IT service lines) has recently said that total outsourcing services including IT infrastructure services has grown whopping 75% in the past year. (No wonder along with Wipro other big software and IT companies in India making a beeline to engineering colleges to recruit new hire.HR stuffs are busy, not an issue the newly appointed people sit idle in bench for six seven months.).![]()
