
Filipinos are highly in demand in Philippines' call centers but there is one hitch. Not enough experienced of them are available. Philippines over the years has proven its name in outsourcing and call center industry and now more companies wish to open their outsourcing call center in this small country.
There is a slight unrest in the market, the old players have started experiencing a huge attirtion rate as new players are taking the experienced Filipino agent for better salary and other parks. The condition is such that a few organizations who planned to set up call centers in Cebu are now reconsidering it.
