CSC recently completed an one-year contract to provide IT services for Woodside, an Australian oil and gas giant. Under the new agreement, CSC will continue to provide the services, including data center hosting, desktop support, database administration, data recovery, asset management and server support.
Hopefully CSC has passed the trial period and rightfully bagged the contract. It was not that easy to deliver supports to Woodside since before CSC, it abruptly terminated a short lived outsourcing contract with Hewlett-Packard.
