FDA in four phases wanted to take a study on feasibility on outsourcing, the first phase is over and it has been decided that out of 320 employees, 77 will be retained. Now in next three phases it plans to take next decision. But, excited with the first phase result, the employees union has asked the company not to conduct any further test.
