
She earlier wished to take strong pro-outsourcing measures, but as the election comes near and the heat of it grappling everyone, Hillary Clinton is trying to walk fine line on the issue. The Labor Unions predictably has said they wont endorse those who endorse outsourcing. They Labor leaders will surely make an issue out of Clinton's support to expand temporary US visas that go to workers of developing countries like India. Clinton does not seem sure about what stand she she should take now.

“There is no way to legislate against reality. Outsourcing will continue. . . . We are not against all outsourcing; we are not in favor of putting up fences.”
Two years later while addressing students in New Hampshire she said she hates when she finds “US telemarketing jobs done in remote locations far, far from our shores.”
