
Over the past 10-12 months human resource outsourcing (HRO) has become hugely popular. It involves a plethora of issues like
a) Will the supplier/vendor start to use space in the present facilities, or the so called unit will be moved to their facilities?
b) Will existing warranties be transferring to the supplier? 
c) How will the cultural and other non-core interface between the both the companies be managed?
How will the organization wide procedures, processes and so be addressed?
While zeroing on HR vendors these issues like these will need to be carefully considered. Management should take proper steps to address these issues included in the SLA, the transition plan and the outsourcing contract.
