Ricky Ponting may have started the day aggressively calling Indian Team's victory in Twenty20 as mere history, but at the end of the day the he was very much embarrassed (and became a history himself). A guy (or gay??) from the charity event hugged and kissed the Australian Captain ferociously. He was shocked with the incident, but whatever has to happen has happened in front of full public glare. Ricky Ponting fled from the venue ASAP.
I want to see his close up reaction on field during India-Australia one days when cheeky spectators will portray the incident through playcards and posters.

Ricky Ponting was attending a charity event in Bangalore where during auction of his bat this man, called, Jayram Reddy told Mandira Bedi who was hosting the event that he would pay some money and also he would like to talk to Ponting. When Mandira called the guy on stage he grabbed Ponting and started kissing him.

What I think, celebrities should handle these kinds of issues more professionally. This is a complete PR failure. He should outsource an external PR agency if the board allows him. haha.
