United Arab Emirates (UAE) has experienced a 12 percent inflation this year. Along with the rising cost of living there, average salary also went soared. Compared to 10.3% in 2006, this year the annual salary has risen by 10.7%. The finding is rele
ased by a job portal in Gulf under the study called, Gulf Compensation Trends 2007.
To keep cost in control and to look beyond traditional human resource suppliers like India and Egypt, Gulf employers have started recruiting workers from China, Eastern Europe and Latin America.There are also outsourcing plans wherein vendors in different countries will undertake some processes and deliver the deliverables.
