Actions never stop at Dell. They first outsource a large chunk of their services to India, then they got some back, while always complaining about the service delivery, now after getting jobs back, they are again laying off employees from its call center in Twin Falls. The Associated Press writes, “they are quietly laying off some employees.”
Officials put a lock on their lips. They wont tell you how many jobs are actually been cut off.
What are Dell officials saying then?
Dell officials say the company has been undergoing global restructuring, with some employees in corporate offices fired or reassigned. Dell has also instituted stricter financial controls and planned to restate past financial results after an internal investigation found the computer maker had manipulated numbers to hit performance targets.
