Fortis spokesperson is not calling it outsourcing though, they are calling it smart sourcing. Fair enough, just wondering if all the outsourcing contracts are unsmart decision from the respective managements.
Fortis spokesperson told media, “If we do outsourcing, it's related to a very limited number of people, in specific activities, and always for non-core activities.”
Bottomline is the smart sourcing will cost 60 employees of their jobs in Belgium. But it will also create 90 new full time jobs in Krakow. Belgium's loss, Krakow's gain.
