After low paying jobs, is it an outsourcing time for the higher skilled ones? A parliamentary committee in its report has stated that the next wave of globalisation will strike the higher-skilled workers and just like low paid jobs, highly paid jobs will also be disappeared. Another study summarizes its report on the issue by saying that the economy still will continue to gain for long term prospects, because normally higher skilled workers, instead of staying in developing countries tend to come over to Europe and UK and USD.
