Globalisation no threat for UK high skilled job market: NOA

After low paying jobs, is it an outsourcing time for the higher skilled ones? A parliamentary committee in its report has stated that the next wave of globalisation will strike the higher-skilled workers and just like low paid jobs, highly paid jobs will also be disappeared. However, National Outsourcing Association (NOA) has dismissed the fear and said globalisation will help instead of hindering UK economy. Another study summarizes its report on the issue by saying that the economy still will continue to gain for long term prospects, because normally higher skilled workers, instead of staying in developing countries tend to come over to Europe and UK and USD.

Earlier the Treasury Select Committee has sounded a new warning bell about one of the most confused terms of the recent times, globalisation. It suggested that globalisation will be the moot reason behind harming salary and employment prospects of higher educated and higher skilled workers. Treasury committee's report has drawn attention to the continuous scaling up of developing countries’ outsourcing facilities.
