Mostly HCL is targeting firms which have their own intellectual property and frameworks, in case of software development, and has their own platform, in case o
f BPOs.
More than sheer growth, it seems HCL is shopping for value to widen its delivery basket.
HCL however has no plan to enter into consulting sphere.
