
Such is the scarcity of good and experienced call center agents that HR manager of a call center hired an occasional cocotte. She has been given proper customer service training, call handling training, vocal language, pronunciation and diction and accent training etc for four five weeks. After completion of the training the lady has been sent to the floor. She has been placed to XYZ bank's accounting process unit. 
First day, first call, the caller from Massachusetts was confused as the premium he received from the bank was wrong. So he called up the customer service rep and said, “Hello, I am confused with the premium report.”
Lady said, Yes Sir, How may I help you?
The caller said, I am baffled, tell me if I were to give you $50,000 after adding the premium for six moths amounting to 8.90% minus 13% how much would you take off”
Lady said, “Everything but my eye lashes.”
