Should US companies practicing outsourcing should pay tax to the government? Gene Hyde writes an interesting article here where he is trying to find an answer to the issue. He is of the opinion that taxing companies for outsourcing will ease up the increasingly emerging Social Security problem. Will it help the middle class working class? 
Post outsourcing lot feel that US middle class is losing work to the developing countries. But, isn't outsourcing mostly involve IT and software works, IT in anyway does not constitute more than 2.80% of the total business revenue that US generates in a year.
