North Africa is becoming a favorite outsourcing spot for French language customer servicing. Western European and North America firms who are looking to s

ervice English as well as Spanish customers re preferring
North Africa over many so called outsourcing hubs.
The latest report from the firm, "Profiting from the North African Option," states that by 2009 call center agents in North Africa will almost quadruple. At present approximately 3,500 are working in this industry.
Countries like Egypt, Tunisia and Morocco, according to Datamonitor can become ideal outsourcing space due to their friendly investment environment and advanced state of technological and commercial development.
