
Kenya already has become an almost perfect outsourcing spot. Kenya presently has more than 3,000 call centers, contact centers, outsourcing centers. And the country expects to get 30,000 such centers by the 2012. Now, the figure may sound a bit far flung and optimistic, but no one can deny the fact of Kenya's rise in the outsourcing arena.
Now establishing its credo in the low value back end and telephone customer service jobs, Kenya like India and Philippines wants to wants to replicate its success in high end outsourcing as well. The best outsourcing centers of the lot are aiming verticals like financial, insurance, medical, software development, hospitality and communications.
