There is a shortage of outstanding people in finance, so you can attract better people by outsourcing your finance function. More and more companies are doing this.
On a broader scale, talent crunch can dampen the projected growth rate by 30%. India's industry body ASSOCHAM states that due to dearth of talented professionals KPO sector in India would be shrinked by 30% and would fail to touch the projected $15 billion business by 2012.
