
The first interview for a call center job is a basic indication that the company personnels you are meeting with are interested in considering you as their potential new employee.
So, it’s important before the interview you do some basic research about the company, ask your friends how the interviewers are from the company, how do they interact, what do they ask, how do they treat, what qualities or attirbutes actually they are looking for etc etc. and plan accordingly.
Don’t lose hope easily. The first interview may also turn out to be a screening test, just to sift some from the group. The interview may consist of HR centric questions where the junior HR staff will determine what are your career goals ambitions etc.
