Post Rupee appreciation against Dollar and not so favorable last quarter result Infosys is getting its act ready to enter Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) sector. LPO in India is mostly dominated by small and some medium scale law companies and some individual lawyers. This is first time that a big organization like Infosys is going to taste the water of Legal Process Outsourcing. Small players are taken aback by the decision.
Infosys is betting big on its strength areas like its scale and large captive base of corporates. Infosys may under a package serve LPO services along with other business processes.
