Business Process Outsourcing News and Information

According to new figures, European Union (EU) is a bit ahead of UK firms when it comes to the number outsourcing IT functions are concerned.Latest survey by EU statistics office Eurostat has revealed that approximately 44 per cent of EU firms outsource their IT functions whereas for the UK the figure stands at 42 per cent.

The study has moreover stated that compared to other countries Denmark practices more outsourcing (76 per cent) than Nordic country like countries Norway (75 per cent) and Finland (70 per cent).

The country which is least bothered about outsourcing is Hungary. The country only clocks 20 per cent while Ireland scores a nodes 47 per cent.
