The Outsource Group (TOG) an accounts receivable management company has acquired Productivity Network Innovations Healthcare for an undisclosed amount. The later provides insurance related transaction and business office outsourcing solutions to health care providers. For, TOG, a St Louis based firm, this is a seventh acquisition in the last seven years.

TOG Chief Executive Officer Michael DiMarco says,

“The acquisition of PNIH adds to our competency in insurance follow up, extends our service lines to the PNIH client base, and expands our overall capacity by adding the Houma call center."

The Outsource Group (TOG) specializes in insurance resolution, early out receivables management and bad debt collections for health-care providers across the country.
