ACS, a global Fortune 500 company with more than 60,000 people on its payroll has informed that it has acquired Syan Holdings Ltd. for about $60 million. Syan Holdings is a UK based information technology company. It would be an all cash transaction, Syan is allegedly trailing twelve months revenue amounting to approximately $75 million.
