Evalueserve plans to expand its knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) operations in Romania. This will be Evalueserve’s first ever center in Europe.In India the company has couple of centers and their head count may go up to 3,500 this fiscal.
Evalueserve chairman Alok Aggarwal told mediapersons that KPO center in Romania which would start from May would cater to European clients. The center in the first phase will employ around 50 people. At present Evalueserve has delivery centres in India (Gurgoan), China (Shanghai) and Chile. It also has an office in New York.
