
Daktronics is looking for full time customer service agent. The company is one of the biggest names in electronic display industry.
Key Responsible Areas:
- Coordinate Service Process and procedures for assigned customers and key accounts. This coordination will happen primarily through in-bound and out-bound phone conversations, emails and faxes.
2. Promote vision for and provide excellent customer service delivery that includes:
2.1. Develop and maintain professional, courteous and effective relationships with internal and external customers, including Daktronics employees and Authorized Service Companies.
2.2. Appropriate back-up strategies are in place for customer.
2.3. Process transactions as needed to allow for timely and accurate entry and reporting.
3. Escalate problems on a site as appropriate and set up orders, at times proactively, to ensure quality service delivery and fulfillment of contract obligations.
