The human resources (HR) wings of international companies have realized that they have to transform themselves to become more business-focused, but may be that need to be done more rapidly.
Findings like these have come out from a recent Deloitte Consulting survey which surveyed 150 companies and where overwhelmingly 85% said that they would revamp their HR functions but not doing it fast and not making it a vital part of their company’s business strategy.
As per the survey:
Revamping HR is still mostly about savings, systems and processes, despite demands from the C-suite for HR function to support overall business objectives to meet challenges of an increasingly competitive business environment.
