India has emerged as the most favorite outsourcing destination in UK. India’s outsourcing organizations have been rated highest in terms of satisfaction, service delivery by UK’s public and private sector firms. Outsourcing advisory firm, EquaTerra,
in its report ‘outsourcing Service Provider Performance Study 2007’ has evaluated £34 billion (or about $66.7-billion) worth of UK outsourcing contracts which amounts to almost 75% of total UK IT outsourcing market. While traditional service providers were not as astonishing, broadly,
India based outsourcing providers have enjoyed highest level of satisfaction.
India’s largest IT services firm, TCS has been ranked highest in terms of satisfaction while Wipro and Satyam are following suit.
