
Outsourcing is an over hyped issue and entrepreneurs are always in a fax before nodding positively for outsourcing a project. Here lies some rules which possibly will wipe your head from utter confusion.
Rule 1. You can’t do everything in house. Add to that proficiency and decide how to use these men hours in another project. Also, you need a quality team/supervisor for the quality inspection. 
Rule 2. Skilled and experience resources from the same domain would either cost you more or they wont be interested in joining you, unless you are giant MNC or offering biggest creative sorts.
It’s easy (and you can also get rid of the burden) to get a specialized outsourcing vendor to get the job done.
