
At present, TCS is offering a two tier pay package which consists of 70 per cent fixed and 30 per cent variable pay. The variable constitutes of two components -- company and individual performance.
It is believed that TCS’ Economic Value Added (EVA) performance for the third quarter fall short of the target, which has bound the company to slash salaries, this is what came from the TCS General Manager (Corporate Communications) Pradipta Bagchi.
