Pearson VUE (into electronic testing solution) is looking for an experienced call center supervisor, who will maintain the daily operations of the call center, will manage and report call flows, evaluate agent productivity and customer service trends and issues. He will also deliver coaching to the employees.

Core competencies include taking decisions, managing and measuring work etc. What I like about this job, it talks about being courageous in management, the idea may not be new, but we don’t get to see it on the job ad. So, we are for sure that that it will be challenges galore for the new guy on board.
