
Hinduja Group's BPO and IT services provider HTMT Global for a possible acquisition is in talks with four UK-based BPO companies. It is believed to be a strategic move from the group to expand and establish its presence in Europe. According to a media reports, the group has earmarked over $110 million for investment. Currently, HTMT has operations in India, US and parts of Asia. 
Acquisition is expected be funded by internal accruals, said Partha De Sarkar, CEO, HTMT Global Solutions. He said, "Our rich experience in key verticals and commitment to deliver greater value to customers has increased their confidence in us and has resulted in repeat businesses. I am certain that new customers, who join the HTMT fold, will continue to benefit from our well-differentiated services. This will of course translate into HTMT Global Solutions maintaining its strong growth trajectory.”
