The 2008 Black Book of Outsourcing has voted Integreon Managed Solutions, a Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) company as the top-ranked global KPO provider. The Black Book of Outsourcing survey, from the Brown-Wilson Group is recognized as a prestigious annual survey of the global outsourcing industry.
Integreon Managed Solutions for third year in a row has won this award. To add cherry onto the award, the Black Book of Outsourcing has also ranked the company third amongst the Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) providers overall and led all vendors in the sub-category of Litigation Review, the company spokesperson said. Recently the company has acquired New York based litigation support and electronic data discovery (EDD) company Datum Legal.
Integreon has been ranked among Document Process Outsourcing (DPO) providers overall, taking the lead-ranking for financial, regulatory, insurance, legal and compliance document services.
Integreon, for the second consecutive year, was named among the '50 Best Managed Outsourcing Vendors'.
