N.E.W. Customer Service Companies Inc. has announced building 2nd call center in Jonesboro, Arkansas. It will create 120 jobs.
The center will deliver customer service and troubleshooting to the customers of DirecTV Group Inc. The agents would earn $9 per hour. Meaning an eight-hour shift will fetch an agent around $72 or approximately $1450 in a month.
Compared to Philippines or India, the salary is much higher, on an average,  entry-level agents make around $250-$300 in a month.
