So, from an economic perspective, we may conclude that information technology as a segment during credit crunch is not going downwards.
However, handing over all information technology services to third party has its
pitfalls also. It makes companies’ vulnerability to data security as it’s the external vendors who will handle the critical data streams on behalf of their clients.
However, outsourcing has its appeal as customers don’t have to deal with complex data and rapidly changing technologies.
