OZ Bank, National Australia Bank is planning to send 400 information technology jobs to India in a phased manner. This news comes in continuation with the selection of technology companies like Infosys, Satyam and Oracle for developing its billion-dollar banking platform which will reform the bank's technology transformation plan or Program NEOS. Jobs getting outsourced are a part of that NEOS program, informs NAB Chief Information Officer Michelle Tredenick. He said,
As we've indicated over the last few months we intend to progress our offshoring activity, and earlier this year we expanded our use of offshoring partners (Satyam and Infosys). Source
